I spend most of my working hours on SEO and content for businesses. The rest of the time I write poems and stories in Nepali. Both come down to the same thing, which is paying attention to how people actually read.

Who I Am

How I Work

I'm Diwakar Bhatt — a Nepali poet and an SEO specialist, based in Kathmandu, Nepal. I write poetry in Nepali and I work on the analytical side of search: technical SEO, keyword research and on-page optimisation. I also write the content itself. Those two jobs usually belong to different people, and keeping them in one pair of hands is the whole argument of how I work.

For the past two years I've worked with consultancies, restaurants and e-commerce brands in Nepal and Australia. That means auditing sites, fixing whatever is holding rankings back, and writing the content that turns visitors into enquiries. I build and manage the websites as well.
