This is where I publish original measurements of Nepali websites and search behaviour: data I collected, with the sample, the date, the method and the limits stated. It is not a round-up of other people's statistics.
How the studies are done
- Public data, collected passively. Page fetches and response headers — what any browser receives. No scanning, no probing, no logins.
- Sample and date, always. Every figure says how many sites, from which sectors, and when it was measured.
- Limits are published. Each study says what it cannot see; homepage-only measurements are labelled as such.
- Aggregates where naming would expose someone. The government security study publishes counts only, not domains.
- Corrections are dated and visible. When something I published turns out to be wrong, the article says so.

How to cite
Bhatt, D. (2026). Title of the study. diwakarbhatt.com.np. Please link to the study page rather than to a copy of the figures, so that any correction reaches your readers too.
Found a problem?
If you can show a figure is wrong, or you ran the same method and got a different result, tell me. A study that cannot be checked is not worth citing.
